Monkey Lala sadly says goodbye to CEO Kien on a business trip!

The morning sun peeked through the window, but Monkey Lala wasn’t her usual cheerful self. She sat quietly by the door, hugging her favorite teddy bear, while CEO Kien packed his suitcase nearby.

“Are you really leaving today?” Lala asked softly, her eyes filled with worry.

Kien nodded gently and knelt beside her. “Just for a few days, Lala. I have to go for work, but I promise I’ll be back very soon.”

Lala sniffled, holding back tears. She loved spending every day with Kien—helping him in the garden, sharing snacks, and cuddling during story time. The thought of him leaving made her little heart feel heavy.

Kien pulled out a small gift from his pocket—a tiny photo of them together in a heart-shaped frame. “Keep this with you while I’m gone. Whenever you miss me, just look at it and remember how much I love you.”

Lala held the photo tightly and nodded, still too sad to smile. At the door, she clung to Kien’s leg for one last hug.

“Be safe, okay?” she whispered.

“I will,” he replied, brushing her cheek. “And you be my brave little monkey until I’m back.”

As the car drove away, Lala stood waving from the porch, tears rolling down her cheeks. But inside, she held onto the photo close to her heart—and the promise that Kien would come back soon.

Later that night, Lala drew a welcome-back card with bananas, hearts, and stars, already counting the days until their reunion.

Because even when someone you love is far away, their love never leaves your heart.
