It had been a long, tiring day for little Lala. Her favorite toy had gone missing, she tripped during playtime, and even her snack had fallen to the ground. By the afternoon, Lala sat quietly in a corner, eyes watery and her tiny hands holding her knees.
Just then, the door opened—and Mom walked in.
She didn’t say a word at first. She simply knelt down, opened her arms, and whispered, “Come here, my little love.”
Without hesitation, Lala ran into her mother’s embrace. The moment their arms wrapped around each other, all of Lala’s sadness began to melt away.

“I feel better now, Mommy,” she whispered.
“Because love is like magic,” Mom smiled, “and hugs are the warmest medicine.”
They sat together on the cozy rug, rocking gently side by side. Mom even brought her a warm banana treat and told her a funny story that made Lala giggle until her belly shook.
Lala held Mom’s hand tightly, her heart full.
No toy, no snack, and no accident could compare to the comfort of a mother’s hug.
