It was a sunny afternoon when BiBi’s ears perked up. Something was happening near the old abandoned house at the edge of the farm!
From her favorite tree branch, BiBi spotted Uncle Phong, wearing a big straw hat and carrying a weed cutter. “He’s going in there!” BiBi squeaked, grabbing her tiny backpack. “I better supervise!”
With a serious face and a banana snack in hand, BiBi marched over to the gate. The abandoned house was covered in vines and wild grass, with crickets chirping and butterflies floating through the air. Most monkeys would stay far away—but not Supervisor BiBi!
“Uncle Phong! Do you need help?” she called, climbing onto a rock for a better view.
Uncle Phong laughed. “Ah, BiBi! Come on then, but no monkeying around!”
BiBi nodded proudly and sat with her clipboard (okay, it was a leaf, but it looked important). She watched carefully as Uncle Phong cut the thick grass and cleared the way around the house.
“Grass—too tall,” she mumbled. “Snakes? Possible. Danger level: medium banana.”
Every few minutes, she pointed to a spot with a firm “There!” or handed Uncle Phong a drink of coconut water from her little bottle.
Uncle Phong chuckled. “You’re quite the boss today.”
By the end of the day, the abandoned house looked much cleaner—and BiBi was covered in grass clippings, proud as ever.
“We did a great job,” she declared. “Supervisor BiBi reporting success!”
Uncle Phong gave her a high five. “Best helper ever.”
And as the sun set behind the trees, BiBi sat on the porch of the once-forgotten house, imagining all the adventures it could still hold—especially with a brave little monkey like her around.
