Today was a difficult day for little Lala. Over the past few days, Mom noticed that Lala had been rubbing her eyes more often and squinting when looking at things. At first, they thought it might just be dust or a small irritation. But when Lala started avoiding bright lights and seemed uncomfortable, Mom grew worried.
Wasting no time, Mom gently wrapped Lala in a soft blanket, hugged her close, and took her straight to the hospital for a checkup.
At the clinic, Lala sat quietly in Mom’s arms, looking around curiously but clearly uneasy. The kind doctor welcomed her warmly and began the eye exam. Lala was brave, sitting still as the doctor shone lights and checked each eye carefully. Mom held her hand the whole time, whispering soft, comforting words.
After the examination, the doctor explained that Lala had a mild but serious eye condition that needed treatment and close care. Luckily, it was not dangerous if treated early, and Mom was relieved to hear that with medication and rest, Lala’s eyes could get better.
Lala was given eye drops and special care instructions. Though she didn’t love the drops, she trusted Mom completely and stayed calm throughout.
On the way home, Lala leaned on Mom’s shoulder, feeling tired but safe. The love and care between them was clear—Mom’s quick action and gentle attention made all the difference.
Now, Lala is resting at home with cozy blankets, some of her favorite toys, and all the love she needs. With proper care, she’ll be back to her playful self soon.
