Lala gradually gets used to her new life with Thuy!

When Lala first arrived at her new home with Thuy, everything felt unfamiliar. The smells were different, the voices were new, and even her favorite snacks weren’t in the usual place.

She missed her old routine, and at first, she sat quietly in the corner, holding her soft blanket, eyes full of curiosity and a little worry.

But Thuy never rushed her.

Every day, she spoke gently, offering little treats and warm cuddles. “Take your time, Lala,” she’d whisper with a smile. “This is your home now, and I’m here for you.”

At first, Lala only watched from a distance. But slowly, she began to follow Thuy from room to room, peeking into the kitchen, climbing carefully onto the couch, and even joining Thuy for morning walks in the garden.

She discovered new favorite spots — like the sunny windowsill where she could nap, and the cozy pillow in Thuy’s room where bedtime stories were read every night.

Each small moment helped Lala feel more at ease.

One morning, she reached out and held Thuy’s hand for the first time — and that’s when Thuy knew: Lala was beginning to trust, to feel safe, and to feel home.

Now, Lala greets Thuy every morning with a cheerful squeak and helps with little tasks around the house. She plays, learns, laughs — and most of all, she loves.

Because what once felt scary has become something beautiful: a new beginning, full of warmth, patience, and care.

And day by day, step by step, Lala is not just getting used to her new life — she’s thriving in it.
